No. A rewrite is the most expensive answer and rarely the right one. The audit gives a fix-or-rewrite call for each part of the system, with the reasoning, so you can check it with anyone. A full rewrite only makes sense when the foundations (data model, architecture, or security) can't support what you need, and we'll show you the evidence if that's the case.

Every take-over and every production build includes 3 months of post-launch bug fixes. After that, most clients move to a maintenance plan covering monitoring, security patches, updates, and small improvements, or hand the documented, tested codebase to their own team. Plan for roughly 15–25% of the build cost per year, whoever maintains it.
