For most business workloads they're equivalent; the honest answer is usually "whichever your team knows" or "whichever your credits are on." We work in both and will give you a one-paragraph recommendation, not a 40-slide deck.

Usually, yes, most savings come from right-sizing, storage policies, and eliminating zombie resources inside your current setup. The free review tells you exactly how much is on the table before you spend anything.

Staged migrations keep downtime to minutes (often zero) for most architectures. Your uptime requirement is an input to the plan, not a casualty of it.

Probably not yet. Most products run better and cheaper on managed services until real scale arrives, and when it does, we'll be the first to tell you.
